Once you've filled out our inquiry form telling us about your travel goals, we will hop on a complimentary consult call that helps paint the picture and bring color to your interests, motivations, and desires. You can come to us with as many thoughts and creative ideas as you want! The World? Your oyster.
It takes trust to rely on a travel designer to bring your dream trip to life. That's why this stage is so important to me— I don't just listen, I hear you. If you don't know exactly what you are looking for, our exploratory process will give us all the insight we need to make expert suggestions.
Based on your specific needs and the complexity of your itinerary, you will receive a custom quotation for our design fee. Fees vary based on multiple factors and will be discussed and determined during your complimentary consultation call. Once the design fee has been paid, your spot is reserved on our design schedule and we get down to business on the fun stuff!

My goal? To design a travel experience overflowing with moments of magic. I'll transform your starry-eyed imaginings into a tailor-made itinerary that delivers on those dreams. That means no stale, prepackaged trips around here. We carefully consider all surrounding elements— budget, seasonality, length of trip— to bring suggestions that will deliver that wow-worthy, seamless experience you're looking for.
You'll receive 1-2 completely custom itinerary options that are jam-packed with unique-to-you recommendations including all the logistics, the perfect hotel stay, activities and excursions that enhance your experience, and a price quotation.
No two trips are exactly the same and my aim is to always get it right the first time. After you review and provide feedback, we will finesse! Our proposals are always customizable, and we offer 3 complimentary rounds of revisions to ensure that everything is just right.

Once your vacation is just the way you like it, we will get to work securing and confirming all arrangements, coordinating and managing each one throughout the process. This is when you sit back, relax, and sing "Hakuna Matata!" We worry about the details so you don't have to. All you have to do is show up and be delighted.
A few months before departure, we will enhance and embellish. We'll round out your itinerary with restaurant reservations, spa appointments, theatre tickets, and more— those little touches that elevate your vacation from 'that was nice' to 'wow!'
Before you jetset, I personally gather all the little details, confirm services, and deliver travel documents so you are fully prepared for your journey.
